一、鸽子海底椰四神汤

食材准备：鸽子、海底椰、五指毛桃、茯苓、芡实、薏米、莲子、姜片、葱段。

做法流程：

1.鸽子剁成大块清洗干净，然后放入大碗中，接着加入姜葱和温水浸泡半小时去腥，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2.清洗干净海底椰、五指毛桃、茯苓、芡实、薏米和莲子，然后和姜片维生素放入炖锅中，再倒入适量的清水。

3.然后中小火炖煮两个小时，接着加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

二、五指毛桃熟地黄瘦肉汤

食材准备：五指毛桃、熟地黄、茯苓、薏米、芡实、无花果、红枣、蜜枣、姜片、葱段、瘦肉、姜片、葱段。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后切成小块放入大碗中，接着加入料酒和姜葱去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2.清洗干净五指毛桃、熟地黄、茯苓、薏米、芡实、无花果和红枣，然后与蜜枣、姜片一起放入炖锅中。

3.往炖锅中加入适量的清水和姜片，然后中小火炖煮两个小时后，再中小火炖煮两个小时。

4.接着加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

三、石斛麦冬瘦肉汤

食材准备：瘦肉、石斛、玉竹、麦冬、花旗参、陈皮、红枣、姜片、葱段。

做法流程：

1.清洗干净的瘦肉切小块，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒和姜葱去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2.清洗干净石斛、玉竹、麦冬、花旗参、陈皮和红枣清洗干净，接着把红枣去核，再倒入炖锅中。

3.往炖锅中加入一块姜片，再倒入适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时。

4.接着加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

四、香菇玉米猪骨汤

食材准备：香菇、甜玉米、番茄、猪骨头、姜片、葱段、香菜碎。

做法流程：

1.猪骨头剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片和葱段去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅中。

2.清洗干净香菇和玉米，然后把玉米切成小块，在一起放入炖锅中，接着把番茄清洗干净，再切成小块放入炖锅中。

3.往炖锅中加入一块姜片，再倒入适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时。

4.最后加入适量的食盐调味，再撒入一把香菜碎点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

五、佛手瓜玉米排骨汤

食材准备：佛手瓜、玉米、胡萝卜、板栗、淮山、腰果仁、核桃仁、芡实、排骨、姜片、葱段。

做法流程：

1.排骨剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜葱去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再捞出沥干水分放入炖锅中。

2.淮山和胡萝卜去皮清洗干净，然后切成小块放入炖锅中，接着清洗干净佛手瓜和玉米切好，再与板栗、腰果仁和核桃仁一起倒入。

3.往炖锅中加入一块姜片，再倒入适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时。

4.最后加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

六、番茄薯仔排骨汤

食材准备：排骨、甜玉米、番茄、胡萝卜、土豆、姜片、葱段。

做法流程：

1.剁成小块的排骨清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒和姜葱去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再捞出沥干水分，倒入炖锅中加入。

2.胡萝卜和土豆去皮清洗干净，然后分别切成小块放入炖锅中，接着把玉米和番茄也清洗好，再分别切成小块放入炖锅中继续炖煮。

3.往炖锅中加入一块姜片，再倒入适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时。

4.然后再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

七、石斛虫草大骨汤

食材准备：大骨、虫草、石斛、姬松茸、橄榄、姜片、葱段。

做法流程：

1.剁成小块的大骨清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜葱去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2.清洗干净虫草、石斛、姬松茸、橄榄，然后与姜片一起倒入炖锅中，再加入一块姜片，倒入适量的清水。

3.然后再中小火炖煮两个小时，接着加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。

八、节瓜眉豆脊骨汤

食材准备：脊骨、鸡脚、节瓜、玉米、眉豆、瑶柱、陈皮、蜜枣、姜片、葱段。

做法流程：

1.鸡脚剪掉指甲，然后和剁成小块的排骨清洗干净，接着冷水下锅焯水，再加入姜片、葱段和料酒去腥，煮开以后，撇去浮沫，再倒入炖锅中。

2.眉豆提前泡发，然后和瑶柱、陈皮、蜜枣、姜片一起倒入炖锅中，接着把节瓜去皮切成小块，也一起放入。

3.往里加入姜片和适量的清水，接着中小火炖煮两个小时，然后加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。
