一、猪肝瘦肉菠菜汤

食材准备：菠菜、猪肝、瘦肉、姜丝、枸杞子、葱花。

做法流程：

1.猪肝清洗干净，然后切成薄片放入大碗中，接着加入姜丝、料酒和适量的清水一起浸泡十分钟，把血水泡出后，再捞出清洗干净放入大碗中备用。

2.清洗干净瘦肉，然后切成薄片放入大碗中，接着往里加入姜丝、淀粉、料酒、食盐和花生油，再腌制十分钟备用。

3.清洗干净菠菜，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入菠菜焯水去除草酸，再捞出沥干水分备用。

4.热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜葱爆香，然后加入适量的清水大火煮开，接着倒入腌制好的猪肝瘦肉煮两分钟煮熟，再加入焯好的菠菜煮一分钟。

5.最后再加入适量的食盐调味，然后撒入一把清洗干净的枸杞子点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

二、芦笋口蘑炒虾仁

食材准备：大虾、芦笋、口蘑、蒜末、白胡椒粉。

做法流程：

1.大虾去除虾线和虾壳，然后清洗干净放入大碗中，接着加入适量的料酒、白胡椒粉和食盐抓拌均匀，腌制二十分钟备用。

2.清洗干净芦笋，然后切成小段备用，接着起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入芦笋焯煮两分钟，再捞出沥干水分备用。

3.清洗干净口蘑，然后切成薄片备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入腌制好的虾仁煸炒，煸炒至虾仁变色后，盛出备用。

4.切好蒜末，然后另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，接着倒入口蘑一起翻炒均匀，炒软口蘑后，再加入芦笋和虾仁一起翻炒均匀。

5.最后加入适量的食盐和生抽调味提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

三、腊味蒸芋头

食材准备：香芋、腊肠、腊肉、姜丝、葱花。

做法流程：

1.腊肉清洗干净，然后冷水下锅煮十分钟，再捞出过凉水，接着切成薄片备用。

2.香芋去皮清洗干净，然后切成小条铺在蒸碗底，接着把腊肠切成薄片，再和腊肉一起铺在芋头上。

3.然后切好姜丝撒在腊肉和腊肠上，再起锅烧水，水烧开之后，把准备好腊味蒸芋头上蒸锅蒸煮。

4.蒸煮十五分钟后，再淋入生抽提鲜，然后撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

四、蒜香鱼片

食材准备：黑鱼、蒜末、小米辣、葱花。

做法流程：

1.黑鱼去骨清洗干净，然后片好鱼片，再起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入黑鱼片焯煮三十秒，接着捞出沥干水分备用。

2.切好蒜末、小米辣和葱花，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末和小米辣爆香，接着倒入黑鱼片一起翻炒均匀。

3.接着加入适量的食盐和生抽调味提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味。

4.最后再撒入一把葱花点缀提鲜，即可出锅开吃。

五、香辣肉丝

食材准备：瘦肉、蒜末、小米辣、泡椒、葱段。

做法流程：

1.瘦肉清洗干净，然后切成肉丝放入大碗中，接着加入料酒、淀粉、生抽、花生油和姜丝，再抓拌均匀，腌制十分钟备用。

2.切好蒜末、小米辣、泡椒和葱段。再热锅烧油，油热以后，油热以后，放入腌制好的瘦肉丝煸炒，煸炒至瘦肉丝变色后，盛出备用。

3.另热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末、小米辣和泡椒爆香，接着倒入炒好的瘦肉丝和葱段一起翻炒均匀。

4.最后加入适量的蚝油和白糖提鲜，再继续翻炒均匀入味，即可出锅开吃。

六、韭菜炒鱿鱼

食材准备：鱿鱼、韭菜、姜蒜末、小米辣。

做法流程：

1.鱿鱼清洗干净，然后改花刀切好，再起锅烧水，水烧开之后，加入料酒去腥，接着倒入鱿鱼焯水二十秒，最后捞出沥干水分备用。

2.清洗干净韭菜，然后切成小段备用，再切好姜蒜末和小米辣，再热锅烧油，油热以后，放入姜蒜末和小米辣爆香。

3.然后加入鱿鱼大火翻炒均匀，炒出香味，接着加入适量的食盐、生抽、蚝油、老抽和白糖调味提鲜，再倒入韭菜一起翻炒。

4.炒至韭菜断生入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

七、西兰花炒肉肠

食材准备：肉肠、西兰花、蒜末。

做法流程：

1.西兰花切成小朵清洗干净，然后起锅烧水，水烧开之后，放入西兰花焯煮两分钟，再捞出沥干水分备用。

2.肉肠切成薄片备用，接着热锅烧油，油热以后，放入蒜末爆香，然后加入肉肠一起翻炒均匀，炒出香味。

3.接着加入焯好的西兰花一起翻炒，再倒入适量的食盐和生抽调味提鲜，然后继续翻炒均匀。

4.炒至肉肠和西兰花入味以后，即可出锅开吃。

八、苹果橄榄排骨汤

食材准备：排骨、苹果、青橄榄、无花果、玉竹、芡实、姜片、葱段。

做法流程：

1.排骨剁成小块清洗干净，然后冷水下锅焯水，接着加入料酒、姜片和葱段去腥，煮开以后，把浮沫撇掉，再捞出沥干水分，放入炖锅中。

2.用食盐和淀粉搓洗干净苹果和青橄榄，然后把苹果切成小块，放入炖锅中，接着把青橄榄一起分为二切，再倒入炖锅中。

3.清洗干净无花果、芡实和玉竹，然后和姜片一起放入炖锅中，再往里倒入适量的清水。

4.最后中小火炖煮两个小时，再加入适量的食盐调味，即可出锅开吃。
