道路隔离设施已安装就位
据悉
方山道（程万路—昆仑路）
全长约257米，双向四车道
旁边有天津大学中心医院（东丽院区）和东丽区山姆会员店
该道路通车后
可为周边居民提供一条西行直达快速路昆仑桥的便捷通道
可有效缓解津滨大道通行压力
