10月19日，聚石化学（688669.SH）公告称，公司控股股东石磐石、实际控制人陈钢于2026年10月16日办理完成部分股份解除质押。其中石磐石解除质押350万股，占其所持股份的7.32%、公司总股本的2.88%，解质后累计质押650万股；陈钢解除质押300万股，占其所持股份的49.52%、公司总股本的2.47%，解质后累计质押0股。二者合计解除质押650万股，解质后累计质押650万股，占合计持股的12.06%、公司总股本的5.36%。
