北京链家正在试点「住宅顾问」「社区开放日」「诚意卖」三种模式，二手房服务从交易驱动转向长期决策支持。
这一调整指向的是购房决策效率：服务不再只围绕成交环节展开，而是把决策支持拉长到更长的周期里。
三种模式的具体落地方式与覆盖范围，目前均处于试点阶段。
