近日，徐汇区浦北路近桂林路路段，一辆电动自行车与一辆正在掉头的小型客车发生碰擦，所幸双方人员均未受伤。经查，非机动车驾驶员误把前车刹车灯当右转向灯，驶入机动车道避让时操作不当撞上掉头小型客车。最终，非机动车驾驶员因未在非机动车道行驶担全责。
