人民财讯10月30日电，为了进一步规范公司债券（含企业债券）及资产支持证券的发行上市挂牌业务，加强资产支持证券发行合规管理，提升业务办理质效，上交所修订形成了《上海证券交易所公司债券和资产支持证券发行上市挂牌业务指南（2026年10月修订）》，现予以发布，并自发布之日起施行。上交所于2025年12月19日发布的《上海证券交易所公司债券和资产支持证券发行上市挂牌业务指南（2025年12月修订）》（上证函〔2025〕4209号）同时废止。
