风范股份公告称，唐山市国资委将其持有的唐控发展集团98.47802%国有股权无偿划转至河北国信产融控股集团有限公司，本次无偿划转完成后，河北产融集团将通过唐控发展集团、天津产融控股及唐山工控间接控制公司30.08%股份。本次无偿划转已获唐山市人民政府批复，相关划转协议已签署，尚需履行后续相关程序。
