速读天冷了，供暖的事儿也就更牵动人心。眼下全市供热打压试水已经接近收尾，热力站、锅炉房完成率超98%，北燃热力等供热单位检修、管网改造全部到位，只等供暖指令。按照《北京市供热采暖管理办法》，本市采暖期为当年11月15日至次年3月15日。市人民政府可以根据气象等实际情况调整采暖期时间。
